Three floors office building
This was one of our commercial projects.
We have been contracted to fully outfit the newly built, very large office building spreading on three floors.
Each section of open space office floors included gypsum partitions, complete electrical works, self-levering polished flooring, carpets, installation, vinyl tile flooring, smart lighting, and data systems installations.
We installed six office kitchens and ten bathrooms and completed the common areas with railings and flooring.
Star Interiors Project and Procurement Manager did a sterling job, leasing with Italian clients daily and managing several sub-contractors, suppliers and partners.
Rundown old house
We project manage projects from start to finish. As a full Turnkey Company, we deliver design, architectural services, on-site performance with our teams of tradesmen.
A pretty challenging project, as the property was in deplorable condition.
First, we had to gut out everything; we removed all the floors, rewired electricity, changed the pipes, and instaled a new plumbing system.
With our architect and designer, we made a plan to create two flats and a penthouse.
Works included completely rewired electricity, new plumbing, the walls and sellings gypsum work, flooring, bathrooms and kitchens, front facade and building work on the roof.
Three hundred-year-old townhouse
We fully refurbished a three hundred-year-old townhouse in Valletta and turned it into a modern Guest House.
First, we excavated, removed the old flooring and applied a waterproof membrane. Then lied concrete flab and new tiles.
We started with old stone cleaning and refurbishment throughout the property, and then according to design plans by Dominque Falzon, we installed gypsum wall lining using fibre gypsum board.
Bespoke decorative gypsum panelling completed the beautiful mix of old/modern look. Then we instaled two modern bathrooms and refurbished the front facade and original features, such as the traditional Maltese balcony and original doors.
